We have saved all the information you provided us on the ‘Expressions of Interest’ form.

You will need to provide us with the following additional information to complete the registration process, so please collate all the documents before you start:

• Participant’s details: for both people  – names, addresses, mobile phone numbers, email,
• Accommodation requirements: (single, twin or double) and special dietary requirements / allergies
• Vehicle details: Year, Chassis number (for our records), Registration number (for Eurotunnel)
• Also for the Eurotunnel: Passport number, expiry date, issuing country, nationality and Date of birth
• Jacket size: for Tour Jacket

When you have collated all this information, please login using the Surname and Password already provided by you.

If you are missing any information you can save everything you have entered and login again later.

We plan to print details of all the participants in the route book (names, and car details), as we did in 2011 for the 50th.  We are using a 3rd party agent to make our hotel and Eurotunnel bookings and will have to pass on relevant information.
